Transactional Analysis (TA) is a way of understanding internal and external communication. It is a model of psychological theory which has uses within organisations, for those who work with the helping professions and for understanding ourselves and the decisions we have made within our lives.
TA has many applications and I am qualified to see practitioners through different levels of training from basic to advanced. Its also a useful tool for teams to use to enable problem solving or to enhance the working dynamic of the group.
